This product contains 70% of Dead Sea Salt from Israel  (The Holy Land).

How to use:

Dissolve 1/2 - 1 cup of salt in warm bath water. Soak for 20 minutes and shower off. Rest for half an hour. Note: if you have a history of high blood pressure or are pregnant, please consult a physician before using.
